A stylish and spacious Edinburgh holiday apartment duplex with free parking overlooking Charlotte Square Gardens in Edinburgh's prestigious New Town. Finished to a high standard, this spacious apartment is located on the 3rd floor which means you can enjoy a wonderful view from this top floor flat. It is excellent base for those wishing to explore Scotland's wonderful capital. The duplex is within easy reach of Edinburgh Castle, the Scottish National Gallery and the Old Town. The apartment has two bright and spacious double bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen/dining area is bright airy with views over Charlotte Square. The modern kitchen is equipped with useful appliances, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishwasher and washing machine. The large garage can be found beneath the property on the Rose Street side. It can park one car for free during your stay. The garage measurement is : length 885 cm; height 210 cm and width 240 cm. We look forward to hosting you in Edinburgh. As the building is located in the heritage site, it does not has lift and therefore will not be suitable for anyone who has mobility issue.

The apartment sits on the third floor of a Georgian listed Townhouse and is located in the New Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Being so central, the area is lively and home to a nearly endless selection of bars, restaurants and cafes. A wide selection of upmarket shops and boutiques are steps away, along Princes Street and George St . There are also excellent transport links within walking distance, including trams, buses and Edinburgh's Waverely Train Station.
