Hi I'm Andrew and I like to welcome and enjoy meeting new people. I live at the property in a separate self contained flat so you will most likely see me around and I try to be there to check and welcome you in to the house. My partner Araya, from Thailand is often around too and offers a cooked breakfast for an extra tenner. We hope you enjoy your stay with us.

On the outskirts of Ipswich, we are in a good location to explore all that Suffolk has to offer. We are close to Ipswich hospital (walking distance) and BT business park for business travellers. A bus stop is opposite connecting you to all the main routes, to visit the town centre and waterfront or local market town of Woodbridge or the beach of Felixstowe.
