Dunarden is a purpose built annex adjoined to the owners home, completely self contained with own entrance & off road undercover parking. The bright homely space featuring a small well equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe, dining/workspace, a double bed, flat screen TV with Sky, fibre broadband. The bathroom consists of WC, shower & sink. Double doors from the bedroom leads onto a private patio with views over Loch Long & surrounding mountains.

We moved to Scotland five years ago after selling our property in Plymouth. We both work in the nearby naval base and love exploring what Scotland has to offer. We brought Dunarden in Cove as it offers a quiet peaceful country lifestyle but not to far from local amenities. Chris loves nothing more than playing with his petrol man tools and tending to his land lol. I prefer to send my free time looking after my Highland pony Dougie and taking in the beautiful scenery on horse back. Cove is a small semi rural village situated on the edge of Loch Long and is approx 12 miles from Helensburgh. Cove offers beautiful unspoilt coastal and woodland walks with stunning mountain views. Cove County Store and coffee shop is a five minute walk and offers a good range of basic necessities, as well as coffee shop, pastries, gifts and ice creams. Kilcreggan is approx half an hour’s walk and has a post office, pharmacy, award winning butchers, antique store, cafe and a friendly public house. If you looking at getting away from the hustle and bustle of city life and are looking for a chilled relaxing location then Cove should be your first choice. HMNB Clyde Naval base is a 20 minute drive away or if you fancy a day a trip into the nearest town Helensburgh there is a local bus service. Glasgow is a approx a 40 minute train journey, the Kilcreggan foot ferry provides a direct link to Glasgow if you fancy a change of pace.
