This BRAND NEW BUILD 4 bed semi-detached modern house has only just been built. It features a contemporary design with clean lines and a minimalist aesthetic. The ground floor of the house consists of an open-plan living area, which includes a dining area, and a modern kitchen, and a spacious living room. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, such as a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washer and dryer. There is also a w/c on the ground floor. The 1st floor of the house has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size double bed, that can be made into a twin on request, but only with booking. The second bedroom is a single bed. The top floor is an open plan master bedroom, featuring a stylish double bed, full length window, en suite, and dressing room. There is also desk space for those needing to work while away. Off this room, there is a single bedroom. The house has a small front garden and and a larger back garden with a patio and grassed area. The overall design of our 3 bed house will provide a comfortable and functional living space for both families and corporate clients.
