Great location, situated in the Preston area of Paignton a short walk to Preston Beach, close to shops, take-aways and pubs/restaurants 10 minutes to Paignton pier and the Geo Park. Perfect for families/groups looking for a relaxing break. This spacious newly refurbished 4 bedroomed house offers 3 shower rooms, Open plan Lounge, Kitchen and dining space as well as a fully paved garden with seating area. The property has parking for 2 vehicles.
Paignton in in the heart of Torbay the property is close to local beaches, Steam Railway and Paignton Zoo. Paignton in a family friendly seaside resort with lots of places to eat.
