Built on the success of The Penthouse with Gated Parking, we introduce our second property, The Duplex with Deck and Drinks. Completed in December 2019, the property is based in a quiet road, next to Dane Park and close to shops. The beach and Margate Old Town about 15 minutes walk. It's a quiet garden facing two-storey property (no one above) boasting two large luxurious bedrooms, (one with an 8 foot plush headboard and real Oak side tables), 1000 pocket sprung mattresses and all cotton bedding. There is a Bose sound speaker, Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube and Amazon. Multi charging cables are provided in three rooms and a whole host of things to make your stay as comfortable as possible, even a complimentary alcohol free mini bar! We have a cot/high chair/babies bathing sponge/plates and cutlery and safety plugs within the property for families.
I love Margate and the seaside generally so in 2018, I decided to combine my love of the seaside with my interest in interior design and open the Penthouse. It was so popular, The Duplex was added in 2019. My latest property in Littlestone, New Romney is coming in 2022! Search for 'Compact Coastal Crib' in March/April 2022. Hospitality is honestly my calling! I can't wait to get those 10/10 reviews, it so motivates me to do the best I can so that my guests are blown away with what I do. I look forward to receiving your booking and doing my very best to send you home happy!
With the shops and restaurants at the end of the road, Aldi, The Shell Grotto and The Caves only a few minutes away, Central Margate, the beach and the Old Town are only a short walk from the Duplex. Busses, taxis all available, Margate train station a 12-15 minute walk.
