Dee View is a lovely, comfortable 4-bedroom, 3-storey home and we have tried hard to make the decor luxurious, but welcoming at the same time. Offering excellent value for such a large property, Dee View has 4 bedrooms and a dedicated office space as well, it is ideal especially for family holidays or friends sharing. We are within easy striking distance of Chester, Snowdonia and the North Wales coast and there is a play park and swimming pool nearby in walking distance and a variety of shops and 2 very good supermarkets just down in the town - Tesco and Lidl. The master bedroom has a king size bed plus a single bed and an ensuite shower room and a dedicated office room off, then there is a room with a double bed, another room with two single beds and then a room with one single bed, and then a folding travel cot which means we can accommodate up to 8 people and a baby to sleep in all! There is also a family bathroom on the landing with a bath and shower and a cloakroom in the hallway. There is an open plan kitchen/dining room with a seating area or snug and a lounge with TV as well.

As mentioned in my description, there is so much available in Holywell town which is just a few minutes walk away - post office, bank, a variety of shops including clothes shops as well as a good-sized Tesco and Lidl supermarkets. There is so much to see and do in the area and Holywell is a handy central base. Chester, with its excellent museum and race course, the famous "Rows" etc. is just a short drive away. The North Wales coast is also within easy striking distance as is beautiful Snowdonia, the Isle of Anglesey, the renowned Bodnant Godnant and other National Trust Properties as well. There are slate mines, activity centres, Bala Lake with its water sports etc and wonderful walking nearby.
