It was a new residence style hotel, and you will not be bothered on all the complicated procedures you may need to follow if there was a reception. The only thing I could suggest is to get more information for the travellers, beforehand when booking, as well as a portal site you can see in the room as to the details on how you may fulfil your needs such as nearby bus or train services (working hours or disruptions), nearby places for breakfast, lunch or dinner, shopping. Particularly this time, I expected to keep my heavy luggage in the premises, and only able to clarify when I called the give telephone number, but there could be some QAs in the portal site.

The hotel has obviously recently been refurbished, was very clean. Fridge in the room with milk and juice and choice of cereals for breakfast which you prepared yourself. When checked in, the person showed me up to my room on the 2nd floor and carried up my bag. Imagine that with Premier Inn or Travelodge. There were 4 parking spaces in front of the hotel so pot luck for a space and parking about 300 mts away for only £7.20 per day in, Westerfield Rd, London N15 5LD. The location is perfect for exploring London - it's just north of Kensington Park. It's particularly perfect if you're traveling with a toddler, as we were, because of its proximity to the Diana Memorial Playground. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, and the staff is accommodating and helpful. We liked the hotel so much that we stayed there at both ends of our England vacation, for multiple nights.
