Court Lodge is a substantial and picturesque twin roundel oast house set in pretty gardens within the hamlet of Warbleton. This stylish property is well-proportioned and perfect for sharing with family or groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 11 adults with a family bedroom sleeping 3, 2 kingsize double bedrooms, one ensuite. A twin bedroom with 2 full size single beds, and a separate ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite shower room across the courtyard in the converted barn. The barn also houses a fabulous games room, perfect for teenagers and adults alike with a full size football table, a Smart TV and PS3 console. In the Oast House, the ground floor is spacious and well furnished, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere with ample rooms for all the family. In the sitting room there is a large inglenook fireplace with wood-burning stove and a magnificent vaulted ceiling which leads through to the dining room. There is also a snug in the roundel, with a Smart T.V, which leads out into the gardens There are a number of outside seating areas to enjoy and children will have fun on the swing set and there is also outdoor table tennis in the open bay garage.
