Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher Bedroom 1: (2 Steps), Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Toilet (Only) Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Bedroom 3: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack.. Lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Indoor heated swimming pool (shared with owner, 10m x 5m, depth 0.75m - 2m) with sauna and changing facilities. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. A charming stone cottage nestled deep within the magnificent rolling Carmarthenshire countryside and a short walk to the meandering River Cothi, famous for fantastic trout and salmon fishing. Cothi Cottage offers use of the owner&rsquo;s indoor heated swimming pool, which is fantastic for kids and adults alike to enjoy on those rainy days, or enjoy an early morning swim followed by a spell in the sauna. Cothi Cottage is located between the quaint hamlets of Llanfyndd and Pontargothi, offering great local pubs and surrounded by walks. A 15-minute drive away is the historic market town of Llandeilo, with its plethora of fantastic eateries specializing in local produce, boutique shops and galleries set within the Towy Valley.
