Spacious 2 bedroom house on the edge of Balloch is a 2 bedroom house situated in the quiet residential area of Levenvale in the heart of Loch Lomond and a mere 9 minute stroll into Balloch and Loch Lomond Shores. The host lives in the home when not hosting guests and all personal possessions/items are locked away to ensure it feels like a holiday home for guests. The house comfortably sleeps 4 persons in 2 bedrooms. Open fire (coal and logs provided in winter), heating by wifi & on street parking. It is decorated to a high standard and fully equipped with free wi-fi, smart tv, soft furnishings, bedroom furniture and fully equipped kitchen with air fryer, coffee machine oven hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave to ensure you have a relaxing holiday or short stay. There is access to a back garden that is fully enclosed and private for guests. I have a sunroom at the side of the property that is a fully fenced off private area that I use on occasions when working and host will meet and greet guests if available. Host will ensure privacy of all guests and is contactable by phone at all times during stays.
I love outdoor life, walking my cockapoo dog, hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, cycling, travel, photography and nature. The islands and highlands of Scotland are a favourite of mine and I enjoy exploring in my campervan regularly, especially the west coast of Scotland. I enjoy going to concerts and socialising with friends and family for a drink and food. I will be available by phone and txt at all times during your stay. I may also be available at certain times during your stay in my sunroom in a private area at the side of the house which I will inform guests before they arrive at the property. I will always leave guests to enjoy their stay and will not impose on them. I have other properties that I rent out and have been hosting for 6 years which I enjoy. I strive hard to ensure guests feel comfortable and have a relaxing break.
Quiet residential area of Levenvale, a mere 9 minute walk into the heart of Balloch where you will find an array of pubs, restraunts ,shops cafes, and activities around Loch Lomond Shores. It is a friendly neighbourhood. It is close to the train station, Balloch Castle Country Park, Sweeneys cruises and Loch Lomond itself. You won't be stuck for anything to do!! Plenty of on street parking infront of the house or near to the house. Argyll Park is opposite the house. The Vale swimming pool and gym facilities are opposite the house next to Argyll Park. Buses available locally which take you to either side of the loch to places like Luss and Crianlarich (west side) and Drymen and Balmaha (East Side) Close to Balloch train station with links to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Larger seaside towns of Helensburgh and Dumbarton are a mere 15 minute drive, or train, bus journey.
