Very recently converted shipping container into the coolest little office/studio rental unit!. kitchenette with microwave oven for cooking pizzas ! Off road parking space/driveway . 20 mins walk from the beautiful old village of bosham and the quay, 3 mins from local shops, pub, awesome fish and chop shop, bus stops and 30 Seconds to bosham train station for trains to Chichester in 7 minutes. 10 mins drive to Goodwood. Ashling park vineyard nearby as well as many v good local pubs serving food.

We are very close in bosham, and we are on hand to answer any questions and offer any advice on the area. We’re members at goodwood so have lots of knowledge about there and also surrounded cool things to do/see. Can borrow our bikes if we’re not using them, please ask in advance.

This is a residential area, surrounded by family homes. Very quiet of an evening. Very close to the co op, the white swan pub and the memories of India Indian restaurant. A small drive to numerous other pubs and only 10 mins to Chichester city centre.15/20 mins from the Wittering’s beaches. The container is only 20-25 mins from old bosham and the quay and shoreline. All a good walk, and there’s also a lovely ‘loop’ that can take you across fields to the quay and come back through the village. The anchor bleu, the Berkeley arms and the white swan are the 3 pubs. The ‘berks’ is only a 15 min walk and the white swan 4/5mins. The train station is literally 30 seconds walk for trains to Chichester and london, and Portsmouth/Southampton. Havant only 10-15mins for trains to waterloo. Goodwood is literally a 10/15 minute drive ‘the back way’ and we can try help with taxis or possibly even help with getting to any of the big events there (that’s if we’re not going ourselves!) we are members of the horse racing club and health club so know it all very well and can offer lots of advice. We are only a 15 Minute drive from East and West wittering and their lovely beaches
