This beautiful stone built cottage dates back to 1790 and is in a wonderful position overlooking the Harbour with spectacular sea views to front and rear. The house is refurbished yet retains charming original features including beamed ceilings and open fireplaces. The cottage style lounge, dining room and both a double and a twin room have stunning sea views and the house is very comfortably furnished in keeping with the traditional ambience. A full rear extension offers a fully modern kitchen and breakfast room and a 3rd double bedroom. Both rooms have french doors to the patio and beautiful views over the garden. The extension also includes a stylish walk-in wet room. There is a lovely enclosed organic garden with lawn, garden furniture and barbeque.
