    Very clean and well equipped annex. Lovely place for a short stay, nicely decorated with a very comfy double bed, we slept very well . Our hosts were very helpful and sorted out the TV when we failed miserably!

    The property was very nice. Well equipped very clean and welcoming. Fresh milk cookies and cakes welcomed us on our arrival. There were lots of games provided. And a lovely sitting area putside and a small summer house to sit in.

On the Coastal Path and just 5min walk down to Aberporth’s stunning beaches this beautiful garden annex offers 2 spacious rooms. The family room has a large sofa bed, log fire, WiFi, TV & DVD, kitchenette and dining area; The king bedroom has a shower en-suite and doors opening to the patio garden and decking with summer house. The annex is self-contained but attached to our family home, (1 child; 2 cats) ample free parking is available, Breakfast, Beach Towels and Laundry services can be provided as an extra. Please note this area is hilly, but multiple car parks throughout the village if you need to drive
Hi! I’m Naomi, married to Mike and we have 1 son who is 10, and 2 cats. We live in the beautiful coastal village of Aberporth in Cardigan Bay, West Wales and rent out the garden annex attached to our home and run our local cafe and bakery As our family bedrooms are attached to the Garden Annex we do ask for quiet between 10pm - 8am please. Guests will be given a contact number for any assistance if we are not home.
Set downhill from Parcllyn, just on the edge of the coastal village of Aberporth and within 5 minutes walk of beautiful safe sandy beaches. Aberporth has a local Shop with ATM, Post Office, Pharmacy, Laundrette, Watersports shop, Pub, Chip Shop, Chinese, Indian and Cafes. The stunning Coastal Walk goes directly passed our driveway. Ample free parking at property. Mobility ramp available for the 2 low steps if needed. 5 minute (downhill walk) to the beach and into Aberporth Village - coming back uphill takes longer ;) 2 car parks by the beaches and 2 other car parks within the village. Regular buses to neighbouring villages and towns, bus stops are either 10min walk uphill from property in Parcllyn village or within Aberporth village.
