Set in the peaceful hamlet of Ashbury, leaving all the hustle and bustle behind you. With the most majestic views of Dartmoor a little piece of heaven on the doorstep. Comfortable, clean and tidy. A large living room, boasting a wood burning stove, a kitchen area with a sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and a hot plate to cook on. Comfortable sofas, television, DVD player, dining table and chairs. Tea / coffee facilities. A splendid large bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. A second bedroom with twin beds that can be zipped together to create a double bed! PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE ONE BATHROOM WHICH IS ENSUITE TO THE MAIN BEDROOM Your own private enclosed garden with table and chairs outside for you to sit and raise a glass as the sun comes down. Private parking and entrance, making it home from home
Dave is a local retired Devonian farmer, not only speaking the lingo but happy to have a yarn with our guests. We will be here to help, guide you to the local pubs or point you in the right direction to the beach or taking a hike or stroll in the surrounding area. Always on hand to ensure you have a relaxed, comfortable stay.
With the most majestic views of Dartmoor a little piece of heaven on the doorstep. Local hotspots such as Lydford Gorge and The Eden Project to the glorious rugged North Coast of Devon and Cornwall with its sandy beaches great surfing and pretty little coves and fishing villages. This is an ideal holiday destination for walkers, bird watchers, cyclists and all those who love the countryside.
