Property information

This beautiful 3 bedroom house has panoramic sea views and a sunset terrace. Nestled above the tree tops this stunning 3 bedroom home offers two large kingsize bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room, a further double bedroom and a family bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room and dining room that offers views of ocean and sunset over the treetops. The sunset terrace offers outdoor seating and a hammock with natural views of the cliffs, the sea and the harbour below. There is further decking at the rear of rear of the property. Perfect for families and friends the house is minutes by foot to Portreath surf beach, a golf course, wildlife farm, 3 pubs, a village store, fish and chip shop and many cafes. Close to the area are the beautiful spots of St Ives Bay, St Agnes, the famous Tehidy Woods (the set of Poldark) and the stunning north cliffs. There is parking available on the no through road for guests. The house is sadly not suitable to those with mobility issues as there are steps that lead up to the front of the house.

It is also centrally located for day trips to the beautiful cathedral city of Truro, Newquay, Falmouth and St Ives. St Michaels Mount, Padstow, Lands End and The Eden Project are all within in a 45 minute radius.
