Rolcor Property was started in 2019 by James and Lucy. We provide high quality serviced properties in the United Kingdom, located in Wales and Cumbria. We focus on providing accommodation that caters for holiday makers, families and business travellers, priding ourselves on high levels of customer care, communication and cleanliness. When guests book with us we do request a security deposit (we lodge this on the card but we don't actually take the payment) and ask that guests sign our terms and conditions and upload some ID (passport or driving license is fine). As a new independent company, our reputation is of paramount importance to us. We insist that our properties meet the highest standards, to provide the best possible experience for our guests. The light, spacious property is over three floors, with a number of rooms overlooking the neighbouring tranquil church grounds. The ground floor has a double bedroom with access to a toilet on the same floor, making it accessible for any guests with mobility difficulties.A large kitchen is located also on the ground floor with a short flight of stairs to the second floor where you can dine and relax in a spacious lounge dining area. The property is a short walk to the beach and nearby Maryport marina. There is a parking scheme from 8-6.30 mon-sat we have a 3 hr disc for guests to use and park their car outside next to/nearby during that time or you can park 100m up the road at anytime where scheme stops.

Maryport is a bustling market town with numerous visitor attractions including the Maritime Museum, the Senhouse Roman museum and the Wave Arts and Sports Centre, which includes Clip and Climb as well as a host of cafes and restaurants. A 10-minute drive from Maryport leads you to the Solway Coast AONB (An area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) with incredible landscapes, heritage and a wide range of migrating birds that over winter in the area.
