Company information

We started hosting in 2017 with our own property and instantly enjoyed it and felt like we had some skills in this field. After Sadie arrived in August 2017, we decided that instead of going back to her job, Julie would start to manage other peoples properties, and Co-host Edinburgh was born. We are now managing a few properties for our friends, or friends of friends. We aim to provide a more personal approach to hosting than the bigger companies to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. We're still very new to this so we're very appreciative of any feedback on where we can improve.

Property information

Our beautiful, light, bright flat has recently been renovated to a high standard to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing base for your trip to Edinburgh. There are 3 bedrooms with a king size and a double bed available and bunk beds to arrive shortly for the third bedroom. There is also a sofa bed if you need to spread out. There is also access to the small gym, as well as access to secure covered parking. The space Located just a 7 to 8 minute walk from Haymarket Train Station and Tram Stop. The tram will take you to and from the airport and into town if your legs are too tired for the 15-20 minute walk. The apartment is situated in a refurbished 1930's building, comprising of two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with bunk beds (not yet available - on order). There is a bathroom with a bath and electric shower. At the front of the flat is a large, bright, open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area, with French doors that open onto a balcony. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge to provide flexibility for sleeping arrangements. If you require parking, there is access to a small space in a secure garage.

Neighbourhood information

The flat is located in the 'up and coming' area of Dalry, just on the edge of the West End of Edinburgh. Dalry has some of the best restaurants in Edinburgh with probably our favourite coffee shop - Chapter One (you must try the bacon rolls if you're not a vegetarian!). Haymarket train station is just a stones throw away, providing great transport links to get around the city and to the airport.
