Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Come and stay at our bright and sunny 3 bedroom home in the centre of a South Devon village. Downstairs, our house has a large kitchen with sofa and dining area, separate lounge, utility room and cloakroom. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, one with ensuite and Juliet balcony. A family bathroom with bath and shower. The wraparound gardens of the home have various seating areas. There is also a pond which is fenced off.

The house is situated in the centre of Ipplepen, a pretty South Devon village. The village pub, the Wellington Inn, is 100 metres away from the house and has great food particularly Sunday roasts. A must try. The village also has a Co-Op village shop which is open from 7am - 10pm, 200 metres from the house. There is also a small cafe in the village, great for homemade cakes and coffee. The village also has a church, 50 metres from the house, a children's playground, skateboard park, tennis courts and bowling. The market town of Totnes lies 5 miles away. Totnes lies on the River Dart and is a great place to explore, an independent foodie and shoppers heaven. The village is situated about 20 minutes away from some great beaches around Torquay, Paignton and Teignmouth. Dartmoor National Park is a short drive away with wild open moorland and deep river valleys, a great place to explore.
