Bridgetown is a one-bedroom holiday home and makes an ideal base for a couple to enjoy a break away from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life. As you enter the property, you will head into the kitchen which is equipped with the essentials needed to prepare a home cooked meal. Upstairs, discover the cosy living room furnished with comfortable seating and a Freeview TV, the double bedroom, and the adjacent bathroom which is fitted with a shower over a small bath tub. Located on the River Dart, Totnes is a vibrant Devon town that has lots going on and is midway between Dartmoor National Park and the coast. To the west you’ll find Paignton, while heading towards the south you’ll find Brixham and Dartmouth, all three are excellent coastal spots and well worth a day trip. Totnes, along with being seeped in history, has lots to see and do, so a holiday home in the town makes the perfect base for exploring the area and what it has to offer. Some attractions close by include Totnes Castle which is easy walking distance of the town centre and is a Norman motte built after the conquest in 1066. You can still walk up the sloping stairs from the base of the castle to reach the top, which is an excellent viewing point across the whole of Totnes and across to the River Dart. Beach 6 miles.
