This modern annexe is fantastically located for anyone who wants to explore Hampshire, Sussex and the Southdowns National Park, with all new amenities and everything you need as a base for exploring the charming local area. Perfect for commuting.
I live in the house that the annexe is located in the patio of, so will be available for any questions and for checking in. I will also be available through AirBnB and via mobile if needed.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly; in the local village there are several local eateries, including cafés, a bakery, 2 pubs and a lovely tapas restaurant. There is also a supermarket within walking distance, and a bus stop for easy access to Portsmouth, where there are many museums, shops and Gunwharf Quays which has many bars and restaurants. Goodwood Estate is also within easy reach . The best way to make the most out of the location of the annexe is probably by car or bike, but buses are also available nearby, and the nearest train station (Havant) is a 10-minute drive or taxi ride away.
