Company information

Short Stay St Andrews is the largest provider of holiday let accommodation in St Andrews with a large dedicated team to make your trip as smooth as possible. We also have a shop front on South Street in St Andrews should you wish to pop in and chat. I am happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure after 4pm (unless by prior arrangement). Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the code. Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements. Access to the apartment is via a lower communal entranceway and up one flight.

Property information

This end-terrace villa with private front & back door access is situated a short 5 minute walk from the centre of St Andrews. Parking is free at the side of the road in front of the property. A set of stairs in the front garden leads to the front door. Upon entering the property, the layout is as follows: Ground floor: Vestibule (ideal for golf storage), Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Bathroom with toilet and shower. 1st floor: Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3, and a second bathroom with electric shower over bathtub and toilet. The double bed in bedroom 2 can be set up as twin singles upon request. 2nd floor: Fourth bedroom with double bed that can be configured as twin singles upon request and with a closet toilet and sink. A door from the kitchen leads out to the back garden of the property, replete with seating area and BBQ. Please note a maximum of 2 dogs at this property.  BED CONFIGURATION The default bed configuration is 4 x kings, but the options available are 3 x kings & 2 x singles or 2 x kings & 4 x singles. This must be intimated to us at least 7 days before your stay, and cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t intimate a preference to us, we will make the beds as the default option. EPC Rating D

St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more. Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.
