Our place is perfect for solo adventurers, couples, contractors, business travellers and families (with kids). A stunning Victorian villa, we’ve created boutique guest rooms on the second floor. Guests have their own entrance to the property, with their own kitchen, lounge and bathrooms. From our house you can visit Another Place on Crosby beach, watch stunning sunsets that the Beatles sang about, go up the coast to Formby Pine Woods, cheer your favourite team on at Anfield or Everton or head into town to explore our beautiful city. You’ll love our place because it's relaxed, has a nice ambiance, friendly hospitality and good transport to explore the city we love.

We’ve been hosting guests for over 7 years and love opening our beautiful home to people visiting our city.

Our apartment is in a detached Victorian villa in a quiet cul-de-sac just a 10 minute walk to Crosby beach or 5 minute walk to Blundellsands & Crosby train station. At the top of the road there's a corner shop, bar & restaurant, takeaways (we really recommend Pizzarios!), chemist and hairdressers. We're a short walk to a Co-Op and Tesco Express, bars and restaurants. Crosby Village, College road and South road are bustling with cafés, delis, pubs and restaurants.
