The apartment, which had the lounge and bedroom area refurbished in 2023, is furnished to a good standard with a good range of equipment. It is perfect for a single person or a couple looking for accommodation with a hotel feel together with the added benefit of a good size separate kitchen. The location is a real highlight with local shops, restaurants and cafes being just a few minutes walk away as well as riverside walks. The sandy beaches in Southbourne and Hengistbury Head are also within walking distance or a very short drive away. This property has a bed/sitting room with a Double Bed which is placed in front of a feature wall giving a hotel feel. The fairly compact lounge area has a wall mounted FLATSCREEN SMART TV, located on another feature wall, which can conveniently be angled for viewing from the lounge or bedroom area. There is FREE WIFI available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).
