Enjoy a self-catering stay in our newly built studio on the gable end of our newbuild house. The studio is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay. It has it’s own private access and private parking. You will enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the breath taking surroundings. Here you will find true West Coast luxury.

There may be physical interaction between hosts and guests but this isn’t always guaranteed. The key will be inside the accommodation. Check in is from 5pm. Before arrival I’ll send a pre-arrival email with directions. If guests have any queries then please get in touch through the contact details provided, there will always be someone to help if required. If in an emergency there will usually be someone in the attached house. Please note we are dog friendly as we have dogs of our own, But only 1 house trained dog in the studio at anytime and must not be left unattended, please also bring appropriate bedding for your pet and refrain from letting them on the furniture Thank you x.

Bour Blaig Studio is situated in the heart of Kilchoan village. You will find the local shop half a mile which is well stocked with groceries and local produce. Kilchoan hotel is situated a stones throw away which is the heart of the community, and is open all year around for food. It has a cosy and welcoming atmosphere so is well worth visiting. There is also Puffin Café which is open seasonally serving tea, coffee and home baking. Sanna Bay is a 10 minute drive from the studio and absolutely worth the trip. It's one of the most beautiful beaches in Scotland whatever the weather! Tobermory Ferry terminal is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the studio. It's a great place to go for a day trip away. You can find timings for the ferries online. Mingarry Castle is just under 5 minutes drive from Bour Blaig but worth it if you're looking for a special meal. The food is incredible and it has a lovely atmosphere. Drive to Ardnamurchan Point which has its own lighthouse, visitor centre and also a café inside. The majority of the area is single track roads so please take this into consideration.
