Overlooking the Heritage site of Blenkinsopp Castle and set against the backdrop of historic Hadrian's Wall in the heart of the glorious unspoiled Northumbrian countryside. Blenkinsopp Castle Inn is a stunning coaching Inn steeped in history that dates back to the 13th Century. Oozing with history it is the perfect place to relax and take advantage of our warm ambiance. A cosy traditional bar, with wooden beams and a roaring open fire. In our restaurant, we use a seasonal selection of local produce for breakfast, lunch, and evening meals, We are the perfect place to enjoy a meal with a good selection of beverages to choose from. We have recently renovated the Inn to accommodate five en-suite Bed and Breakfast rooms.

Blenkinsopp Castle Inn once was the coach houses belonging to Blenkinsopp Castle, a 14th century castle now left in ruin after a fire in the 1920's. Neighbouring a peaceful residential Home Park looking out across well kept trees, shrubs and hybrid rhododendrons it is the picture of serenity. A pet friendly area with eight acres of high ground overlooking the estate which is ideal for exercising the dog while getting a breath of fresh Northumbrian air.
