Hello I'm Tabitha, I live locally and I am a huge Worthing fan and I love my town! Life for me is centred around my family and spending time at the beach, running along the seafront, swimming in the sea and cake.

Property information

Birdsong and Pine is a peaceful ground-floor apartment set in a beautiful Grade 2 listed detached building in central Worthing. Set with its own parking space right by the entrance and a lovely, secluded garden where you can enjoy birdsong. Just an 8-minute walk to the beach and 5-minute walk from the train station. A short stroll will take you into the heart of Worthing where you can enjoy the fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. Close to Brighton, Arundel, Chichester and the South Downs.

Neighbourhood information

Worthing is home to beautiful Georgian and Victorian architecture, Jane Austen came and started to write Sanditon here. A stroll through the town reveals charming streets lined with period buildings and historic landmarks. Highdown Gardens, a hidden gem, offers a serene setting with unique plant collections and stunning views over the sea. The Apartment is a fantastic location close to start the Worthing Parkrun, touring West Sussex, experiencing outdoor adventures like Goodwood, visiting boutique shops and parks or just having a relaxing seaside retreat.
