The restaurant is often very busy, so it is advisable to make dinner reservations at the time of booking.
Our swimming times for children are 09:00–11:00 and 16:00–19:00.
When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Only breakfast is available on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. No room service or restaurant meals will now be available on Christmas Day. On New Year's Eve, restaurant room service and bar food will not be available after 18:00. Ticketed black tie event only after 18:00.
Thermal suite area will be closed for essential maintenance work from 22nd December 8am to 24th December till 2pm. The swimming pool and the hydro pool will still be in use just the thermal area that will be affected.
