For those wanting to take a further break from driving, Sheringham has a mainline train station that will take you to Cromer, with its famous pier, Wroxham, the gateway to the gorgeous Norfolk Broads, and onwards to the medieval city of Norwich. Sheringham also boasts North Norfolk Railway and Sheringham Park, 1000 acres of unspoilt nature trails and walks, offering ever changing vistas that are stunning whatever time of the year you visit. Travel north or south from here and discover an array of beach habitats including salt marshes, sand dunes and quays. Head to Blakeney for a spot of crabbing or Cley to explore the marshes.
