We are unobtrusive hosts, we prefer to leave guests to enjoy their stay but we can assist quickly if you have any issues during your stay. There is a full information file in the barn including wifi details , appliance instructions and details of local places to visit, pubs and restaurants etc.

Tucked away , and directly beside a babbling brook, this stunning newly renovated barn has all mod cons and everything you need for the perfect break. 65 inch Sky glass tv, huge walk in shower, gorgeous kitchen with granite work tops and built in appliances. Nestled in the Surrey hills there are miles of gorgeous walks quite literally on the doorstep. Hunker down for a romantic break or pop your walking boots on and get outside. With miles of beautiful walks literally on the doorstep you can be as active or a chilled as you like here in the Surrey hills. The barn has a stunning bathroom with a huge walk in shower that has great water pressure, and soft fluffy bath sheets. The bed is king-size and is made up with hotel quality white cotton linen that is professionally laundered. The kitchen is completed by beautiful granite work tops, top quality appliances, a Quooker kettle tap and even a wide bottle chiller built into the work top ! A 65 inch sky glass TV in the lounge where you can snuggle down on the velvet sofa and pass your evening. Outside is a large area of decking with a sofa ( cushions not left out in winter time) and also a bistro table and chairs for morning coffee ( or evening wine !) sitting beside the babbling stream. In April May the area is awash with stunning bluebell woodlands.

Rural remote and quiet , dark skies with lots of wildlife. The barn is surrounded by fields and beautiful countryside. The house is fully equipped for cooking and has everything you need for a comfortable quiet break in the countryside. With stunning views all around its is hard to convey the beauty of the location. A car is essential, nearest shops and pubs are 1 mile away. Nearest main town is 7 miles. The Surrey Hills is an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) with miles of beautiful walks and country pubs a plenty. Ockley has a train station if you need to access London and the south cost is approx 40 minutes drive. Both Surrey and Sussex have many attractions to visit including lots of vineyards. We are well locate door the many wedding venues in Surrey and Sussex.
