Lovely and tastefully decorated flat in Stockbridge. Consists of 2 bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom, kitchen and living room with large sofa bed and dining area and small office and back garden. Close to all local amenities and walking distance to Princess st and city centre. The space Kitchen, en suite bathroom, Bathroom, Living area with large sofa bed and dinning area, 1x Double bedroom, 1x single bedroom, Back garden Guest access The Apartment has private access, Key box attached next to the door. Main door at ground floor then all the upper villa is on the first floor. Other things to note If the guests do not have any reviews from previous stays and their profiles are newly created(less than 3 months) or previous reviews are bad Host may demand copy of guests ID, Phone number, proof of Address and also Deposit. If all required items are not provided before check-in Host can refuse to accept the booking.
