Perfect location for exploring Swansea, the Gower and the Mumbles. This newly furnished property offers 3 bedrooms as well as a large downstairs space. It has a beautiful garden where you can enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon tea on the sundrenched terrace. Within walking distance to Singleton Park, Swansea University and the beach.
