When guests book with us we do request a security deposit (we lodge this on the card but we don't actually take the payment) and ask that guests sign our terms and conditions and upload some ID (passport or driving license is fine). This property has recently been renovated to an exceptionally high standard, whilst maintaining some of its original features. It includes a brand-new bathroom, new flooring throughout with interior and exterior redecoration. All the amenities provided are brand new and include a complimentary Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen for guests to enjoy during their relaxing stay. This beautifully light, spacious property sleeps five people and has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, both with showers and toilets. We have created a space for guests to relax and as you move around the property you will notice little touches linking it to the beach theme. Weve recently installed a hive heating system so guests can turn on the heating at a touch of a button. The lounge has plenty of space for guests to play games, make memories with family or cosy in and watch a film together on Netflix.

Haverigg is a quiet and peaceful coastal village on the outskirts of the Lake District National Park. It boasts a beautiful beach, which was rated as one of Cumbria’s best kept secrets by a national newspaper recently. It has a local shop for all your amenities and two miles away you can find a Tesco’s supermarket in near by Millom. Not far from there is also a newly built large children’s play park and Hodbarrow RSPB Nature reserve which attracts a huge range of birds and protected wildlife…..perfect for nature lovers looking for a bit of calm and tranquillity. As the property is in a quiet little town there isn't a lot of phone signal so guests will have to use WIFI to make calls or go into nearby Millom (5 minute drive).
