This is an absolutely beautiful Victorian property which was renovated in March 2023 to ensure this cosy home-from-home has all the mod cons you would expect but with the extra charms of period features like tiled entrance hall and high ceilings. OCCUPANCY - is strictly for business visitors and tourism purposes. You must have a primary residential address elsewhere in order to stay with us, proof may be requested. Our rooms are for ONE person only, additional guests cannot be accommodated. Ring Doorbell is monitored to ensure adherence to this rule. Please note that bedroom photographs shown are of our bedrooms in this property but may not be the actual room you are allocated. All rooms are beautifully appointed with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Our property is located a stones throw from the town centre where you'll find excellent transport links and a variety of shops and eateries. BAE is only 5 minutes walk away and Furness General Hospital 5 minutes drive away. We're also well placed for workers at Spirit energy (also known as "the gas terminal") and Walney offshore windfarms. PARKING is on-street and within a residential permit zone. Unfortunately we are unable to provide permits to guests. NO permit is required for overnight parking - 6pm-8am but the area is patrolled strictly so don't forget to move your car in the morning! There is limited unrestricted parking in the back street but this cannot be reserved or guaranteed. If you require daytime parking we can advise parking areas elsewhere such as pay-and-display carparks which are within walking distance.

Located in central barrow and ideally placed for the main employers in town - BAE and the hospital. Barrow is a great town with a good number of shops, restaurants and takeaways. The Lake District is only 20 minutes away hence Barrow's slogan "Where the Lakes meets the sea"
