Company information

We love our cycling and lake swimming so we are always trying to grab a moment to do one or the other. It's really important our guests have a fantastic time. With this in mind we have included plenty of board and outdoor games and also a table tennis table.

Property information

You’ll love the stylish decor of this charming place to stay which has been recently renovated to a high standard. All the rooms have their own bathrooms and are beautifully decorated

Neighbourhood information

The house is a 5 minute walk from the shores of Bassenthwaite Lake, located off the A66 in the hamlet of Dubwath. It is a short walk to the nearest pub (5 mins away) and also from Bassenthwaite Lake Station Cafe. The Lakes Distillery is a 15 minute walk and it is a short drive to The Lakeland Wildlife Park. The towns of Keswick and Cockermouth are each about 8 miles away. There is a local bus service and the bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the house.
