Aviedale Suite is located in the countryside in Rendall, 12 miles from Kirkwall and Stromness.The property is one of the few properties in Orkney to provide super fast fiber broadband accessible through free Wi-Fi thoughout the premises. Free parking is also provided onsite. A flat-screen TV and DVD player, as well as a CD player are provided. Enjoy a cup of tea while looking out at the sea or garden. The suite comes with a private bathroom. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hair dryer. The room also comes with a private dining area and kitchenette. Aviedale Suite is a new private, exclusive king size bedroom with double aspect windows, built-in wardrobe, TV, DVD, clock radio, a dining kitchenette and a shower room. With it's own outside door and private parking its very comfortable, offering hotel-like amenities with the ability to self-cater in your own small kitchenette if you wish.

Aviedale is located in the centre of the historic Orkney west mainland just a few minutes drive from the village of Finstown and equidistant from Kirkwall and Stromness each about 12 miles from the property. Kirkwall airport is 15 miles from Aviedale. Situated in 3 acres of grassland with a panoramic sea view from Kirkwall to the North Isles. A perfectly relaxing base for walking, cycling, exploring historical sites and just chilling in the landscaped gardens.
