We love Applecross & think you will too. After spending the last 20 years getting to know the people & local area we decided to move from central Scotland & set up our B&B and cabins. We look forward to you visiting this wonderful part of Scotland and sharing our local knowledge of whats best to see and do.

Property information

Applecross B&B and luxury cabins on the beautiful west coast of Scottish highlands ( Thistle cabin is dog friendly, max 2). We are also on the famous NC500 route, Skye (only 90mins ). Our cabins have electric sockets to charge cars. Book now before you miss out. Come visit us, your Scottish hosts Marion & Moray. We are situated on the remote Applecross peninsular nestled in the surrounding hillside away from any town or village. A place you can really relax and get away from it all. We hope to welcome you here and share this hidden gem. The home of Scottish deer, highland cattle, pinemartens, golden eagles, seals and sometimes otters. Our cabins are ideal for longer stays and have electric socket if you have and electric car. One of our cabins is dog friendly (max 2 dogs). #britainsmostbeautifulroad #nc500 #applecross #skye

Neighbourhood information

Applecross is an outdoor playground if you enjoy walking, cycling, outdoor swimming, kayaking etc. There is an abundance of nature including Deer, Highland cattle, pine martens who visit our garden regularly, golden eagles, seals, dolphins, badgers to name just a few. So many fantastic photo/ drawing/ painting opportunities with the surrounding hillside and mountain views around the coast over to Skye, Rhona and Rassay. Ideal if you just want to stop and enjoy the peace and tranquility. There are several little coves and beaches within walking distance or just relax in the garden or on your cabin balcony. The Applecross in and Walled Garden are lovely places to eat and are a short 5 mile drive or walk from the B & B. The Applecross Heritage centre is packed full of information. The Coal shed gift shop and Applecross Photographic Gallery are also worth visiting. Dont forget to enjoy star gazing as you wind down for the day, we have very dark skies.
