A spacious one bedroom apartment which is situated within walking distance to shops, harbour and the beach. This apartment has a small enclosed private garden at the rear of the property and off street parking on the driveway. It is light, bright and very spacious. Fully equipped with electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, air fryer. The apartment has a sofa bed in the lounge area, which is suitable for a small child. Brixham is a fishing port with a lot of character and charm. It has hidden coves, Break Water beach, sea water pool and lots more. Close by are Paignton, Torquay and on the other side of the River Dart is Dartmouth with great shopping, restaurants and beaches. The best way to get around is by car. There is plenty of parking in town and at Fresh Water Carpark. There is a bus route into the surrounding towns and beaches. The nearest train station is Paignton.
