Spacious second floor apartment in 19th century period Beer stone building with rooms leading off light and airy landing. Bright and welcoming open plan living room and well-equipped kitchen with large windows offering view over Fore Street and beyond. Good sized tiled bathroom with bath and shower over. Large bedroom to rear easily accommodating king size bed and vintage furniture. Modern appliances and technology: dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Wi-Fi, smart TV and Alexa. Free parking and welcome pack on arrival. Front door is on first floor landing with key lockbox adjacent. Property has parking permit for one car for the public car park, a three minute walk from apartment.
A local living in village of Branscombe, just a couple of miles away from apartment, who knows and loves area well. Always on hand to answer queries relating to what’s on offer and getting around as well as dealing promptly with practical issues, should they arise, relating to apartment.
Apartment located in the heart of the traditional fishing village of Beer, gateway to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. Just a three-minute stroll to the pebble beach past independent shops, galleries, restaurants and some fine pubs. Stunning bay, ideal for swimming, beach side cafés and fishing boat trips. Walks along South-West Coast Path provide breath-taking views with Sidmouth and Lyme Regis nearby. Handy grocery store directly opposite the apartment.
