This bright, contemporary ground floor studio sleeps 2, providing free Wi-Fi and free OFF ROAD PARKING for 1 car. Gorgeous views towards Barbon Fell can be enjoyed from the large picture windows. Modern, clutter free, flooded with natural light, yet cosy and relaxing with the added benefit of having amenities to prepare breakfast and simple meals. Ideal for a weekend away or mini breaks. KITCHENETTE with 2 ring electric hob, microwave, fridge, sink, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pantry items, iron and ironing board. DINING TABLE and chairs for two. EN SUITE SHOWER ROOM - double shower enclosure, sink and toilet. DOUBLE BED - with under bed space for luggage etc, hanging rail with coat hangers, full length mirror, bedlinens and towels provided, extra blanket and hairdryer. COCKTAIL SOFA with side table, 55 inch SMART TV with NETFLIX and YOUTUBE. Radiator with thermostat. Studio 95 is a self contained unit adjoining the owners house. However, it has a separate entrance - access to the key is via a lockbox, the code will be provided prior to arrival. Studio 95 is situated in a quiet cul de sac, yet a 5 minute walk from the many bars, restaurants and shops that Kirkby Lonsdale offers. A convenient accommodation for anyone looking to get away from it all for sightseeing, shopping, wining and dining, walking and strolling, or other outdoor pursuits. Kirkby Lonsdale is renowned for its historical features and is a gateway to the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. It boasts cobbled courtyards, footpaths and areas of interest such as Devils Bridge, St Mary’s church and Ruskin's View.
