Although located on a main road, the house & rooms are very quiet due to the thickness of the walls. We are conveniently located close to the main route (A9) traveling north or south in the highlands. There is a pub only 40 meters from our front door (The Fluke) which sells a large selection of good quality food. We are only a short 20 minute walk from the city centre where you will find a huge variety of pubs, restaurants and shopping areas. There is also a bus stop only 50m from the house with regular busses into town. If you want to go Nessie hunting, Loch Ness is a short drive.
