Our modern and comfortable space comprises one double bedroom, twin single bedroom and pull out double bed in living room- including all bedding and towels, shower w/c, an open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen, offering guests an amazing space when cooking and keeping a eye on the children. Everything you need for a perfect stay: kitchen has a fridge freezer box, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, and all pots and pans, plates and cutlery you are likely to need. Living/dinning room has a 32 inch tv. Private wi-fi large corner sofa table and chairs for 6 people, gas fire and electric heaters. Bedroom have comfy mattresses linen, two pillows each and storage spaces. Wash space have a full height adjustable shower ,basin, towel rail, towels for all guest, separate additional w/c in main bedroom. External spacious patio area enjoys day-long sunshine (when sunny) table and chairs. House rules: Check in time 3pm. Check out time 10am (late by prior arrangement a surcharge may need to be applied). Smoking is not allowed within our holiday home. All guest must stick to site rules no noise and behaviour.
