Property information

Newly refurbished 4 bedroom house with 6 separate beds (2 doubles, 4 singles). 2 bathrooms - one with bath and shower, one with shower. 2 WCs. Brand new fully equipped kitchen + appliances (May 2023). In the back garden is a large garden patio with BBQ, outdoor furniture, motion-activated infra red heater. Rear garden - securely fenced off on all sides, with mature trees. House is located on a central road stretching right across the town, but set back from the roadside with parking for 4 vehicles.

Neighbourhood information

The street is a very established main road running through the town, is very safe for walking around and the security of vehicles. 10 mins walk to the Municipal Gym (Lodge Park Sports Centre) where many competitions take place e.g. kung fu, badminton, netball and five-a-side. The ice cream van stops outside the house daily! Olympic pool is 10 mins by car in town centre. Norman castle (Rockingham) 10 minutes by car - 35mins on foot across a park. Old, established parks and woodland are within 5 minutes walk, whether for a brisk morning walk or to run around with small children. All churches and places of worship within easy access - whether a Catholic church, baptist church or the local mosque.
