When the kids married and left home we were left with an empty part of the house which we annexed and created a comfortable dwelling perfect for those seeking a relaxing stay in Lyme Regis. Parking on the drive and just a few feet from your front door has proved to be very popular, especially if you want a day out in the car, you have no worries of finding a car park space in the town on your return. You are just 10 minutes walk away from the beach. Diana's hobby is sewing and mine is photographing wildlife (a nice break from newspapers).

Lyme Regis is unique, It's historic, photogenic, safe and friendly, we also have one of the safest sandy beaches in the country and the kids just love it, for mum and dad there are very good choices for pubs and restaurants including celebrated chef Marc Hix who's restaurant in Lister Gardens is a must for all foodies. I don't wish for bad weather but what a treat you would have to witness Lyme in a force 10 south westerly gale at full tide, it's awesome.
