New, Penthouse Apartment in a trendy block of 13 Apartments, 150 metres from the beach, 10-minute walk from Margate train station, Margate main sands, the Old Town and Dreamland. Shops and restaurants outside the door (also on a bus route). Built to a very high standard, this brand new Penthouse Apartment has two balconies with seating (very partial sea views) kitchen with Induction hob, Dishwasher, and Washing Machine/Dryer. Microwave oven, Nespresso Coffee Maker with coffee pods, free coffee, herbal drinks, oils, etc. The bathroom is contemporary with a rainfall large shower head and bath. Sonos One, Alexa & Echo Dot, 40" TV Amazon Fire Stick. Cot/highchair available. *Please note that we have a decibel reader at the property called a 'Minut'. This will alert me of loud noises for more than 10 minutes (over 80 decibels). It cannot record voice conversations.
I love Margate and the seaside generally so in 2018, I decided to combine my love of the seaside with my interest in interior design and open the Penthouse. It was so popular, The Duplex was added in 2019. My latest property in Littlestone, New Romney is coming in 2022! Search for 'Compact Coastal Crib' in March/April 2022. Hospitality is honestly my calling! I can't wait to get those 10/10 reviews, it so motivates me to do the best I can so that my guests are blown away with what I do. I look forward to receiving your booking and doing my very best to send you home happy!
Westbrook is mostly residential but with many shops and cafes if you just want a night in. There is a Tesco a few doors down, a chip shop, Pizza, Chinese and Indian Restaurants within a few hundred yards.
