We offer you a cosy double room in a Terraced Victorian House in central Newhaven with TV, large shared bathroom. Breakfast and tea/coffee making facilities on the landing with cereal, milk and bread provided. Hairdryer & Microwave. 10 minutes walk to ferry terminal to Dieppe Train station & Buses to Brighton and Eastbourne every 10 minutes. Secure Backyard garden to store bicycles overnight.
This house is our home, so we also live in the property downstairs. We let out the two bedrooms upstairs to guests. Corrina works from home as a full time seamstress & Dan runs the bed and breakfast. We love meeting new people.
Newhaven is a small, quiet port town on the East Sussex coast. It is half an hours drive from Brighton to the west and Eastbourne to the east. Our house is located 10 minutes walk or cycle from the Newhaven/Dieppe ferry terminal which is next to Newhaven Town railway station. We have proved to be very handy for people travelling on the DFDS Transmanche Ferries in the early or late hours. We have a secure back yard for cyclists wishing to lock up their bicycles. There is a lot of fast food outlets, pubs & restaurants in Newhaven and a Lidl and Sainsburys superstore
