Lovely 3-bedroom house located 3min walk from Thornton Heath train station and High Street. Ideally located for events at Crystal Palace football club (15min walk) or Central London with trains to London Victora and London Bridge taking 28min. Also close to local bus routes. Great Victorian property recently lived in by the owners, and then undergone minor works to improve. Wifi, TV, Cooking essentials and free on-street parking are all available. Three good-sized bedrooms on the 1st floor with a large open plan living and dining area and separate kitchen on the Ground Floor. It's a classic Victorian (so not a modern high-spec) house, but nice, clean and comfortable providing all the basic amenities you'd require during you stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. Most importantly you have a lot of living space downstairs if you just want to relax at home! If there are more than five guests, single mattresses and bedding will be provided to place on the two sofa-beds in the living room.
