The caravan comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 toilet, 1 shower room, a kitchen, and a sitting area. There are 3 electric heaters available for use in the caravan. Please note that loud music is not permitted in the caravan park. Thank you for choosing to spend your holiday with us. Please be advised that our rules include no smoking inside the caravans, no pets allowed, and parties strictly prohibited. Please remember to return the key to the safe during checkout to receive your refundable damage fees when the caravan is in good condition with no smoking and everything tidied up. Please note that the key is in the safe and the safe is at the back of the caravan, not on the decking. The caravan is on The Grange Holiday Park, not The Chase or Priory Holiday Park. Check-in is at 5 pm, and check-out is at 9 am. Prior to checking in, all guests are required to pay refundable damage fees via bank transfer and this will be refunded by bank transfer after inspection on the check-out day. To receive the deposit back, please note that pets are not allowed in the caravan, and if you have small children, please take precautions to prevent any bedwetting. We'd like to draw attention to one of our house rules, which expressly forbids pets inside the caravan. Our guests reserve our caravan with the understanding that pets are not permitted, as some individuals have allergies to pets. Additionally, please be aware that check-out time is at 9 am, smoking and vomiting are strictly prohibited inside the caravan, and you are responsible for tidying up after yourself, including dumping the bin, washing dirty dishes, and refraining from putting dirty shoes, mud, food, and sand on the sofa and beds. To avoid any damage to the caravan, please do not pour water on the bed or carpet. Furthermore, loud music is not permitted in caravan parks. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the caravan, and any damage caused due to smoking will be charged to the guest.
