Centrally-located less than a minute from Paignton seafront, and freshly available, this family town house ticks just about every box. Three large double bedrooms are serviced by a large modern kitchen, two and a half bathrooms and spacious living room. There is dual driveway parking adding to the ultimate convenience of the property. The train station, bus station and town centre are in easy walking distance and there are lots of pubs, restaurants and attractions near by for all ages.
