Unless you ask to book swimming sessions swimming it should be free for walk in sessions for 4 or 5 day breaks for the last week of the park season until 4th November 2023. A 3 Bedroom static Caravan (sleeps 8) in Parkdean's tranquil woodland park on a quieter private plot 2 minutes from a 20m heated indoor swimming pool,2 miles from 3 pristine beaches (Silversands,Daymer and Polzeath), Rock and a regular passenger ferry to Padstow. Ideal for a quiet break in North Cornwall. Benefit from substantial wooden decking, outdoor furniture, and afternoon sun. The property is deep cleaned every 4-6 weeks and I have an appointed cleaning company with a proven track record to take over my previous cleaner for 2023. Non smoking no pets . Bed linen provided but I do not provide towels (other than a tea towel). Double glazed with gas bolier and heated radiator in each room & blankets. Medium/Firm double Dormeo memory foam mattress, 4 new single deep memory foam mattresses (April 22) maximum comfort. Gas hob and oven, 7L air fryer, coffees machine, toaster, kettle, slow cooker and the utensils you need. Private 5GWIFI + Hi speed Park Wifi modem installed in the caravan, 40 inch TV, Blu Ray Player & discs plus Netflix streaming. A private washing machine is located to the side of the caravan and it has all the cooking utensils you will ever need including a gas grill/cooker & fridge freezer, air fryer, slow cooker, microwave, air fryer sandwich maker & filter coffee machine. Bed linen is provided but I don't supply beach/bath towels except for guests outside of the UK. The swimming pool is a 100 metres from the property and park restaurant , bar and entertainment complex within 5 minutes walk. The village of St Minver which hosts the Fourways Inn serving great food is 10 minutes walk away.. This is beautiful location to enjoy the best of Cornwall in peace and tranquillity.

I have owned our family caravan from new and treat it as a second home. Deep cleaned once every 4-6 weeks by myself outside of my cleaners changeovers . Extra cleaning measures and motion sensor hand sanitiser at the entrance. Cleanness is a top priority to me. I respond to most enquiries within 1 hour. Over 7 years hosting Guests I have never had an issue that I could not resolve quickly. Park reception can replace empty gas bottles same day in the unlikely event these run out and you let me know before 3pm. I will recommend places to visit and local pubs and restaurants to ensure you get the best out of your stay. The charging of electric cars is permitted with a small voluntary contribution to cover the additional cost (please let me know in advance).

You will not have to walk far to enjoy a lovely cooked breakfast nor for that matter lunch and evening dinner as they are all covered by the Manor House restaurant located within the Park, only 5 minutes walk from the caravan. No need to shop or cook food....its all ready for your stay! The park has lots of facilities including an entertainment centre, a bar and evening children’s and evening cabaret entertainment for adults. In addition to the swimming pool there is crazy golf course and children’s play park and all weather basketball/football area. There is an on-site supermarket and the main supermarkets deliver to the caravan. Great location for visiting Rock beach less than 2 miles away, Daymer Bay and Polzeath beach all within 5 minutes drive. The beach at Rock is great for an evening walk and there are several restaurants and pubs. There are lots of nice pubs and restaurants that I will be happy to recommend.
